Riverhaven Village
Riverhaven Village Property Owners Association manages the common assets of Riverhaven – some jointly with the Shadowood HOA.
Deed Restriction Enforcement keeps the neighborhood well maintained at a level that satisfies the wants and needs of the residents and ensures the Deed Restriction documents are followed. Forms to request approval for new construction, exterior alterations, and dock, lift and boat roofs are located in the ‘Document section’.
The front entrance and park areas are jointly owned and maintained by the Association and Shadowood HOA.
The storage yard is maintained and managed by the Association for the use of residents. Boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles may be stored in the yard on as available, fee basis.
An annual assessment is collected based on each parcel included the the Deed Restriction documents.
The Board of Directors meets monthly on the 3rd Wednesday at 10am at the Riverhaven Village Community Club building. All residents and potential residents are welcome to attend.
Management company – Parklane Real Estate Services, 7084 W. Gulf to Lake Hwy, Crystal River, FL 34429 Property manager, Amy Carter, works with the Board of Directors to maintain all services in good order. Their telephone number is 727-232-1173.
